Job summary

TUV SUD America is seeking a seasoned auditor leader to drive third-party certification audits for ISO 27001, ISO 27701 and TISAX across multiple sites in the United States. You will guide audit teams, shape the sustainability product portfolio, and collaborate with sales and marketing to promote services.

The role demands 5+ years of audit leadership, strong client communication, and a bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of certification body processes, accreditation rules, and management system standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct management system audits with a target of approximately 50% audit utilization.
• Support onboarding, qualification, and resourcing of auditors for the sustainability product portfolio.
• Monitor auditor performance, including rejection rates and quality indicators, and take corrective action when needed.
• Facilitate pre-audit and post-audit activities in coordination with the Operations Manager.
• Provide technical training and contribute to knowledge-management tools and documentation.
• Develop and implement the product portfolio strategy aligned with global and regional business objectives.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities related to assigned sustainability services.
