Job summary

TUV SUD America is seeking a senior lead auditor to drive management system audits and oversee a growing sustainability product portfolio. The role emphasizes leadership, client interactions, and strategic development across regional and global teams.

Travel may be required; you will mentor auditors, coordinate with operations, and shape our service offerings while aligning with regional policies and client needs.

Qualifications

• Lead Auditor qualification for ISO 27001, ISO 27701, TISAX or equivalent cybersecurity program.
• At least 5 years of experience conducting third-party certification audits, including multi-site organizations.
• At least 3 years of people-leadership experience managing direct reports or technical teams.
• Knowledge of certification body processes, accreditation rules and management system standards within the product line.
• Understanding of market and customer requirements to inform product strategy and business development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct management system audits with about 50% audit utilization.
• Support onboarding, qualification, and resourcing of auditors for sustainability product portfolio.
• Monitor auditor performance, including rejection rates and quality indicators; take corrective action as needed.
• Facilitate pre-audit and post-audit activities with Operations Manager.
• Provide technical training and contribute to knowledge-management tools and documentation.
• Develop and implement product portfolio strategy aligned with global and regional objectives.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities related to sustainability services.
