Job summary

TUV SUD America is seeking a Lead Auditor with ISO27001/27701 and TISAX qualifications to guide third‑party certification audits. You will mentor auditors, coordinate pre/post assessments, and help shape a global sustainability product portfolio.

Role requires leadership experience, strong client communication, and the ability to align audits with regional strategies. Travel may be required and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Lead auditor qualifications for ISO/ISMS levels (27001/27701) or TISAX.
• Experience leading 3rd-party certification audits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct management system audits and maintain ~50% audit utilization.
• Support onboarding, qualification, and resourcing of auditors for sustainability portfolio.
• Monitor auditor performance and take corrective action when needed.
• Coordinate pre- and post-audit activities with Operations Manager.
• Provide technical training and contribute to knowledge-management.
• Develop and implement the product portfolio strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities for sustainability services.
