Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to design solutions, resolve technical queries, and bridge customer needs with Vyana’s offerings.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and build long-term, trust-based relationships.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to support opportunity qualification, assist with proposals, and contribute to closing cybersecurity and IT infrastructure deals.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts (e.g., zero trust, XDR, SIEM, network security, endpoint protection) and IT infrastructure best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, CCNA Security, or equivalent industry credentials are beneficial.
Ability to interpret technical requirements, create solution architectures, and communicate complex topics in clear, non-technical language when needed.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a collaborative working style.

Responsibilities

Design secure solutions and map customer needs to Vyana’s cybersecurity offerings.
Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.
Conduct technical discovery sessions and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
Prepare proposals and architectural diagrams for opportunities.
Provide technical guidance during the sales cycle and support PoC deployments.
Collaborate with delivery and support teams for smooth handover.
Stay current on emerging threats, security frameworks, and product updates to inform customers.
