Qualifications

• Experience in project management, PMO, or business analysis.
• Strong functional and business-oriented mindset.
• Organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable with data, reporting, and dashboards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Ability to understand processes and explain data insights.
• Industry knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
• Autonomous, structured and able to work in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT deployments across solar farms (networks, OT security, remote access).
• Act as a central point of coordination between IT, cybersecurity, business teams, and external vendors.
• Track cybersecurity actions, risks, and remediation (ServiceNow).
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting.
• Support PMO activities (project tracking, KPIs, reporting).
