Tier4 Group seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead PMO governance and executive reporting for a large enterprise cybersecurity portfolio. Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise technology or PMO initiatives.
• Experience managing portfolios, programs, or multiple projects in large environments.
• Proven ability to create executive-ready reporting and dashboards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly governance meetings across ~37 cybersecurity initiatives.
• Coordinate portfolio reviews with 80+ stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards and executive summaries.
• Drive governance standards and continuous improvement across programs.
• Manage one to two strategic programs from planning to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Cybersecurity, Infra, Cloud, and Risk.
