Job summary

COLSA is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cybersecurity services delivery, interfacing with Government leaders, stakeholders, and technical teams. This role oversees the full lifecycle of task orders and program activities within a DoD environment, ensuring on-schedule delivery of commitments.

The position requires a Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and 10–15 years of program management experience in cybersecurity or IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of progressively responsible program management experience in cybersecurity/IT within a DoD environment.
• U.S. Citizenship required; minimum of a Secret clearance required.
• Strong understanding of A&A, RMF, NIST cybersecurity standards and guidance, and federal cybersecurity compliance requirements.
• Experience interfacing with Government leadership, technical personnel, and program stakeholders.
• Experience preparing executive briefings, reports, project plans, and customer presentations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as overall lead for the contracted effort, providing task order and program management planning, guidance, oversight, and control.
• Lead and coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity support services.
• Interface with Government program authorities, senior managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders on program and technical matters.
• Manage task order and program activities from initiation through closeout.
• Oversee execution of program requirements, including schedules, milestones, deliverables, and performance.
• Support resource planning, task prioritization, and workload coordination.
• Monitor program performance, risks, issues, and dependencies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve program processes and service delivery.
