Job summary

COLSA is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of cybersecurity services, interfacing with Government leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams. This role will ensure effective program execution and successful delivery of mission-critical support.

The position is contingent upon contract award, with work expected to begin in November 2027. The selected candidate will be proposed as Key Personnel in accordance with proposal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of progressively responsible program management experience supporting cybersecurity and/or information technology programs within a DoD environment.
• U.S. Citizenship required; minimum of a Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity support services.
• Serve as the primary contractor interface with Government program authorities and stakeholders.
• Oversee program lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Monitor performance, risks, issues, and dependencies; coordinate corrective actions.
