Job summary

KBR, the global technology and engineering solutions provider, seeks a Cybersecurity Manager to lead RMF- and DoD-focused cybersecurity efforts for DoD programs. You will oversee authorization, vulnerability management, and regulatory compliance while guiding a team of cybersecurity professionals to protect critical mission systems.

Candidate must have DoD experience, a Top Secret clearance, and a strong track record in RMF, NIST, and security assessments.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 15+ years in information security.
• 15+ years leading cybersecurity teams for enterprise IT environments.
• 10+ years RMF implementation and DoD system authorization experience.
• Experience with DoD cybersecurity directives, STIGs, vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity personnel supporting enterprise IT and mission-critical systems.
• Direct implementation of the RMF process and system authorization activities.
• Oversee security assessments and continuous monitoring; manage vulnerabilities.
• Ensure compliance with DoD/CIII requirements and NIST standards.
• Coordinate cybersecurity with government customers and engineering teams.
