COLSA is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cybersecurity service delivery for DoD programs in the United States. The role will serve as the primary interface with Government leadership, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure successful execution.

The position requires 10–15 years of program management in cybersecurity within a DoD environment, a Bachelor’s degree, and U.S. citizenship with a Secret clearance. Contingent upon contract award, start planned for March 2027.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 10–15 years of progressively responsible program management experience in cybersecurity/DoD environments.
• U.S. Citizenship and a Secret clearance required.
• Strong understanding of A&A, RMF, NIST cybersecurity standards and guidance.

Mansioni

• Lead the contracted effort with planning, guidance, oversight, and control.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity support services.
• Interface with Government leadership, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Manage project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closeout.
• Monitor performance, risks, issues, and dependencies and drive corrective actions.
