Job summary

COLSA is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cybersecurity services programs, interfacing with Government leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams. The role focuses on planning, execution, and control across the project lifecycle to ensure mission-critical outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years in DoD cybersecurity program management, U.S. citizenship, and a Secret clearance, with strong A&A, RMF, and NIST knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a related field (Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity)
• 10–15 years of progressively responsible program management experience supporting cybersecurity and/or IT programs within a DoD environment
• U.S. Citizenship required; Secret security clearance required
• Strong understanding of A&A, RMF, NIST cybersecurity standards, and federal cybersecurity compliance requirements
• Experience interfacing with Government leadership, technical teams, and stakeholders
• Experience preparing executive briefings, reports, project plans, and customer presentations
• Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the contracted effort with program management planning, guidance, oversight, and control
• Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity support services
• Interface with Government program authorities, managers, technical teams, and stakeholders on program and technical matters
• Manage task orders and program activities from initiation to closeout
• Oversee schedules, milestones, deliverables, and performance to meet contractual requirements
• Support resource planning, prioritization, and workload coordination
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies and coordinate corrective actions
• Identify opportunities to improve program processes, delivery, and performance
