Blackpoint Cyber is seeking a Client Success Architect to drive partner health and adoption of our endpoint solutions. The role combines technical engagement with partner training and strategic collaboration with GTM and Product teams.

You will support onboarding, document process flows, and maintain ongoing education on our products. This is a customer-facing, remote role with opportunities to influence long-term partner success and value delivery.

• Strong communication and collaboration with GTM and product teams.

Responsabilidades

• Drive partner health and product adoption for Blackpoint Suite.
• Provide in-depth technical engagement and training to partners.
• Collaborate with GTM and Product teams for strategic partner engagements.
• Support onboarding/offboarding with partners and clients.
• Maintain ongoing education on Blackpoint products and integrations.
• Prepare monthly partner reviews to show value delivery.
