Job summary

URM Stores, Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to lead the Security Engineering team at our Spokane, WA corporate office.

This role balances hands-on security engineering with leadership to mature URM’s cybersecurity program, including incident response, vulnerability management, and governance. The ideal candidate has extensive cybersecurity expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to align technical controls with business objectives across IT, data, and applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive cybersecurity and related technical experience.
• 2+ years in technical leadership or people management.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise cybersecurity technologies and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature URM’s cybersecurity program, including governance and compliance.
• Oversee security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and threat detection.
• Develop and mentor the Security Engineering team while performing hands-on engineering when needed.
• Collaborate with IT, architecture, and business stakeholders to integrate cybersecurity into enterprise technology.
