Job summary

URM Stores, Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to lead a hands-on security engineering team in Spokane, WA. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and continuous maturation of URM’s cybersecurity program.

You will partner with architecture and infrastructure teams to enforce robust controls and drive measurable risk reductions across the enterprise. Leadership, collaboration, and practical security expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, or related field with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of technical leadership or people-management experience.
• Hands-on experience with network security, IAM, MFA, and cloud security.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity operations, engineering, and ongoing maturation of URM’s cybersecurity program.
• Oversee incident response, threat detection, and remediation activities.
• Develop and enforce security standards, runbooks, and governance; ensure documentation is current.
