Job summary

URM Stores, Inc. in Spokane, WA seeks a Cybersecurity Manager to lead the Security Engineering team and drive the day‑to‑day execution of URM’s cybersecurity program.

This hands‑on leader will engage in security engineering, incident response, vulnerability management, security operations, identity and access security, and complex investigations. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years in cybersecurity, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience with 7+ years of cybersecurity-related work.
• Experience leading security engineering, incident response, vulnerability management, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity operations and engineering across endpoints, networks, identity, and cloud.
• Coordinate with architects and teams to ensure practical, integrated security controls.
• Drive incident response, containment, remediation, and lessons learned with measurable outcomes.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, runbooks, and governance artifacts including NIST CSF maturity and PCI DSS.
