Qualifications

• High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• Eighteen months of related full-time work experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrated English language proficiency.
• A NY Driver's license may be required for some positions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring Cortex XDR security alerts and report suspicious activity.
• Assist with reviewing Cortex Xpanse reports to identify assets and maintain inventories.
• Assist with reviewing Tenable vulnerability scans and tracking remediation.
• Assist with reviewing HackNotice reports to identify exposed credentials and support remediation.
• Assist with monitoring email security systems and processing phishing and spam incidents.
• Process DMCA notices by documenting requests and forwarding cases.
• Maintain documentation of security incidents and remediation activities.
• Escalate incidents to appropriate technical staff per procedures.
• Communicate cybersecurity issues to faculty, staff, and students and follow up on cases.
• Maintain cybersecurity documentation and knowledge base articles.
