Job summary

Riveron is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to drive new business within our GRC and cybersecurity advisory practice. You will blend sales responsibilities with client experience, guiding prospects from discovery to signed engagements for Riveron's governance, risk and compliance services.

The role demands consultative selling, strong relationship management, and collaboration with delivery and legal teams to ensure a smooth, value-driven sales process for new customers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated cybersecurity and GRC understanding with practical recommendations.
• Strong negotiation and objection handling for contracts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Growth mindset and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with CRM and project-management tools; SFDC a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new opportunities in GRC partner referrals and lead consultative discovery.
• Build proposals and statements of work articulating value of services.
• Maintain forecasts, hit metrics, qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery and legal to ensure smooth deals.
• Provide timely updates on project status and customer feedback.
