Job summary

JAC Recruitment in New York is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer (JP-EN bilingual) to lead technical pre-sales, design security architectures, and drive proofs-of-concept with enterprise clients. You will gather requirements, craft architecture diagrams, and deliver compelling proposals while supporting RFI/RFP responses.

This role requires 3-5 years of sales experience, strong analytical and communication skills in English and Japanese, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions and gather customer requirements.

• Develop technical proposals, architecture diagrams, scope documents, and effort estimates.
• Support RFI and RFP responses with technical expertise.
• Collaborate with strategic technology partners and evaluate new security offerings.
• Ensure effective handoff from pre-sales activities to implementation teams.
• Support enterprise accounts, including organizations in highly regulated industries.
• Incorporate regulatory and compliance considerations into solution design.
• Create reusable sales assets, solution templates, and reference architectures.
• Deliver technical enablement sessions for sales teams.
• Mentor junior engineers.

In this position, you will serve as a technical pre-sales specialist supporting enterprise cybersecurity opportunities, leading technical discovery, solution design, proof-of-concept activities, and customer engagements while helping drive business growth through security-focused consulting and solution development.
