IOActive is a leading cybersecurity firm focused on research-fueled services and hands-on client engagements. The Managing Consultant role blends technical delivery with scoping, sales support, and team leadership to drive successful engagements across our client portfolio.

As an MC, you will guide technical conversations, help design feasible proposals, mentor Security Consultants, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining strong client relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in offensive security services.
• Experience leading technical scoping or project coordination.
• Background in at least one offensive security service line.
• Ability to translate technical findings into client-ready recommendations.
• Experience supporting or participating in sales/scoping.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical scoping and gather client requirements.
• Draft sections of Statements of Work.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to plan tasks and ownership.
• Oversee access requests, credentials, asset deployment.
• Review reports with Directors before client delivery.
• Mentor consultants and conduct weekly check-ins.
