IOActive, a leader in cyber security, seeks a Senior Consultant, OT to lead complex OT engagements across ICS, critical infrastructure, and embedded devices, turning research credibility into impactful client work.

You will mentor junior consultants, contribute to IOActive’s OT methodologies, conduct threat modeling, present findings to security leadership, and travel up to 30% for on-site engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in offensive security services with 2–3 years OT/IC.
• Hands-on engagement delivery across OT domains.
• Familiarity with OT standards and frameworks.
• Experience working in or alongside plant operations, with safety, availability and process integrity considerations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT engagements as the senior consultant on project teams—owning technical approach, testing, and findings.
• Mentor junior consultants in OT methodology, tools and client engagement.
• Contribute to IOActive’s OT methodologies, testing playbooks, and report templates.
• Support pre-sales conversations with technical credibility and capability discussions.
• Translate technical findings into business and operational risk language for client leadership.
• Build trusted technical relationships with client Security Architects and OT leads.
• Author and quality-review engagement deliverables.
