Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Security Risk Management focusing on Acquisitions & Divestitures. You will act as a hands-on deal lead for cybersecurity due diligence across mergers, divestitures, licensing, and strategic partnerships.

You will translate technical findings into actionable risk insights, guide Day 1 security priorities, and collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Finance, and Corporate Development to ensure security requirements are understood and integrated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, CS, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, technology delivery, security architecture, M&A transaction support, due diligence, integration or separation, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience leading or materially supporting cybersecurity due diligence, acquisition assessments, divestiture assessments, third‑party security reviews, or complex risk assessments in time‑sensitive business environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-close cybersecurity due diligence for assigned transactions and coordinate diligence activities.
• Evaluate target environments across security architecture, identity and access management, cloud and infrastructure security, data protection, and third‑party risk.
• Translate technical findings into business‑oriented risk recommendations for deal teams and leadership.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and IT to align security requirements with deal terms.
• Contribute to playbooks, templates, and reporting to improve diligence speed and consistency.
