Job summary

DISA is seeking an IT Cybersecurity Specialist to lead the Customer Experience Office within the Cyber Excepted Service. This Expert Work Level role focuses on setting strategic CX direction and ensuring execution in coordination with U.S. Cyber Command.

The position is onsite in Montgomery, AL with a salary range of USD 147,945 to 197,200 per year and a minimum of 1 year experience. Security clearance and DoD policy requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer experience initiatives and defining CX strategy.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant IT/cybersecurity experience at GG-15 level is preferred.
• U.S. citizenship required with TS/SCI clearance; favorable suitability review.
• Strong briefing skills for mid-level management and IT staff.
