Job summary

Lumifi Cyber is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Scottsdale, AZ to manage ongoing relationships and drive renewals and expansions.

You will collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure customer goals are met, translate needs into actionable feedback, and deliver analytics and executive reporting that demonstrate business value to sponsors and stakeholders.

This role requires a customer-focused communicator with cybersecurity knowledge and a proven track record with ARR targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in customer success/technical account management.
• Revenue quota-carrying experience is a must.
• Experience in technology and/or cybersecurity preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Maintain long-term account health and relationships.
• Own renewals for the customer portfolio and identify obstacles to renewals.
• Address technical support requests and escalations as needed.
• Provide feedback to Lumifi development team on potential features.
• Identify and close upgrade and expansion opportunities with existing accounts.
• Maintain engagement throughout the lifecycle and use metrics to gauge satisfaction.
• Identify at-risk customers and develop re-engagement strategies.
• Identify upsell opportunities to expand product adoption.
• Meet and exceed ARR targets for renewals and expansions.
• Demonstrate business value with customer analytics and executive reporting.
• Conduct regular touchpoint meetings with program administrators and sponsors.
• Stay current on Lumifi services and cybersecurity trends.
• Negotiate and close contracts with customers.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
