Job summary

Lumifi invites a results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our Scottsdale on-site team. You will cultivate long-term customer relationships, drive contract renewals and expansions, and partner with Sales and Product to exceed customer expectations.

You will own account health, address escalations, and deliver business value through analytics and executive reporting while advocating cybersecurity solutions for our clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success/Technical Account Management, cybersecurity preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent experience.
• Experience with revenue quota-carrying roles and technology environments.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain long-term account health and relationships.
• Responsible for renewals and identifying obstacles to renewals.
• Address technical support requests and escalations promptly.
• Provide customer feedback to Lumifi development team for new features.
• Identify and close upgrade and expansion opportunities.
• Engage customers throughout the lifecycle and analyze satisfaction metrics.
• Develop re-engagement strategies for at-risk customers.
• Identify upsell opportunities to expand product adoption.
• Meet and exceed ARR targets for renewals and expansions.
• Deliver customer analytics and executive reporting to demonstrate value.
• Conduct regular touchpoint meetings with program sponsors.
• Stay current on Lumifi services and cybersecurity trends.
• Negotiate and close contracts with customers.
