Job summary

Mimecast North America, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Account Manager for a hybrid role based in Lexington, MA.

You will drive go-to-market plans with distributor partners, build joint business plans, and enable partners at scale while coordinating with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize partner performance. Qualifications

Extensive technology sales and channel-management experience.
Experience owning distribution accounts and supporting major IT distributors.
Understanding of cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud infrastructure or enterprise software.

Responsibilities

Partner with Mimecast Account Executives and the Partner Team to set and execute go-to-market strategy for distributor partners.
Build and own joint business plans that train, recruit, and grow Mimecast partners across distributor networks.
Align the sales organization through targeted demand-generation and partner-alignment activities.
Drive sales and technical enablement through distributor partners with the right resources for growth.
Build relationships with distributor stakeholders from the C-suite to marketing and technical teams.
Forecast partner-sourced opportunities with channel and sales teams.
Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Legal to deliver a world-class distributor experience.
