Job summary

Fiserv is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to design and govern security architecture across identity, network, cloud, and AI domains. You will translate business needs into secure, scalable designs and partner with engineering to implement architectural concepts.

You will monitor evolving security threats, including AI-driven risks, and guide secure adoption of tools like Copilot and ChatGPT, while leading a small team of architects and communicating risk to leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity and technology, with progression to architecture.
• Enterprise architecture experience, including formal ADRs or ARDs.
• Specialty depth in IAM, network security, cloud security, or AI security.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical risk into business recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Curious mindset; stays current with fast-changing tech, incl. AI models like Mythos.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and govern enterprise cybersecurity architecture across IAM, network, cloud, and AI domains.
• Produce Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and Architecture Requirement Documents (ARDs) translating business needs into secure designs.
• Partner with engineering teams to translate architectural concepts into actionable specs.
• Read and apply evolving industry developments, esp. AI models like Mythos, to keep strategy ahead.
• Help protect from AI-driven attacks while enabling secure adoption of tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• Provide coverage with a small team of architects across network, cloud, AI, and security operations.
• Communicate decisions, trade-offs, and risk to technical teams and business leaders.
