Job summary

Serco is hiring a Cybersecurity Analyst / Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to support the 76th Software Maintenance Group at Tinker AFB, OK. The ISSM will act as the senior security authority and SME for assigned information systems, ensuring DoD Cybersecurity compliance and guiding teams protecting classified environments.

The role covers RMF lifecycle, ATO packages, vulnerability management, and continuous monitoring across hybrid Windows and Linux environments, with travel up to 10%

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
• DoD 8570 IAM Level III or ISSM-Intermediate qualifications.
• CAPM certification or within 12 months of hire.
• Experience in mixed Windows/Linux environments.
• Up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead DoD, AF, and NIST Cybersecurity policy implementation and enforcement.
• Update documentation from NIST 800-53 r4 to r5.
• Manage RMF lifecycle: categorization, control selection, validation, continuous monitoring, ATO submissions.
• Maintain system security docs (SSPs, SCTMs, POA&M, IRP, Contingency Plans) in eMASS.
• Conduct cybersecurity inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Provide guidance to system owners, admins, and engineers.
• Oversee vulnerability and patch management (ACAS scans, alerts, mitigations).
• Coordinate with CM for change processes and security impact analyses.
• Monitor security posture in hybrid Windows/Linux environments.
• Ensure incident response, backup, and recovery continuity.
• Mentor cybersecurity team members and liaise with government stakeholders.
