Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst / ISSM for the 76th Software Maintenance Group at Tinker AFB, OK.

The ISSM will serve as the senior security authority for assigned information systems, ensuring DoD compliance and guiding teams in protecting classified environments. You will lead RMF lifecycle activities, update NIST 800-53 documentation, manage ATOs in eMASS, conduct inspections, and mentor engineers while coordinating with government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• SAP/SAR eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of Cybersecurity experience, or Associate's degree with 10 years.
• DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification (CISSP, CISM, GSLC) or DoD 8140 Cybersecurity ISSM - Intermediate.
• Active CAPM certification or obtain within 12 months of hire.
• RMF ATO Process experience.
• Experience in mixed Windows/Linux enterprise environments.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead DoD, Air Force and NIST cybersecurity policy implementation.
• Update documentation from NIST 800-53 r4 to r5.
• Manage RMF lifecycle activities and ATO packages.
• Maintain security documentation in eMASS (SSP, SCTMs, POA&M, IRP, Contingency Plans).
• Conduct cybersecurity inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Provide guidance to system owners, administrators, and engineers.
• Oversee vulnerability and patch management including ACAS scans.
• Coordinate with Configuration Management on security impact analyses.
• Monitor security posture across hybrid Windows/Linux environments.
• Ensure incident response, backup and recovery continuity.
• Mentor team; liaison to government stakeholders.
• Present system status and POA&M progress.
