Serco Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst / ISSM to serve as the senior security authority for a DoD-level information system at Tinker AFB, OK.

You will direct RMF lifecycle activities, enforce DoD/NIST policies, and guide technical teams in safeguarding classified environments. You will update documentation to the latest NIST standards, manage ATO processes, and provide expert guidance to system owners, administrators, and engineers while coordinating with government stakeholders and

Qualifikationen

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• SAP/SAR eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of Cybersecurity experience or Associate's and 10 years.
• DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification or DoD 8140 ISSM - Intermediate qualifications.
• CAPM certification or within 12 months of hire.
• RMF ATO Process experience.
• Experience in mixed Windows/Linux environments.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Aufgaben

• Lead implementation and enforcement of DoD, AF, and NIST Cybersecurity policies.
• Update documentation from NIST 800-53 r4 to r5.
• Manage RMF lifecycle: categorization, control selection, validation, monitoring, ATO submissions.
• Maintain SSPs, SCTMs, POA&M, IR Plans, and Contingency Plans in eMASS.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Guide system owners, admins, and engineers on cyber matters.
• Oversee vulnerability and patch management including ACAS scans.
• Collaborate with CM for change processes and security impact analyses.
• Monitor security posture across hybrid Windows/Linux environments.
• Ensure continuity with incident response, backup and recovery.
• Mentor cybersecurity team members and liaison to government stakeholders.
• Present system status, vulnerabilities, and POA&M progress.
