Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks a Senior Cyber Security – Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to support DoD programs in Dayton, OH or Hanscom AFB, MA. The role focuses on RMF implementation, system security engineering, and accreditation activities across the SDLC.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of cybersecurity experience, DoD RMF expertise, and a TS clearance with SAP eligibility. Will travel up to 20% to support government customers and projects.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technical cybersecurity/IT experience.
• Knowledge of DoD 8500.1-M, DoDM 5205.07, JSIG, NIST 800-53.
• Experience with RMF tools and assessment processes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in acquisition and engineering meetings; maintain system-wide security view.
• Advise on RMF assessment, authorization issues, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and implement security assessment plans and RMF artifacts.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend actions to DoD customers.
• Develop and maintain an Information Systems Security Program.
