Job summary

SierTeK Ltd seeks an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to support DoD and AFRL operations at JBSA-Fort Sam Houston. The role focuses on RMF compliance, ATO management, cyber risk assessments, vulnerability tracking, eMASS administration, and security documentation for multiple networks and enclaves.

The ideal candidate will bring strong DoD cybersecurity policy knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work autonomously while guiding technical staff and leadership on RMF

Qualifications

• Experience with RMF and ATO management in DoD programs.
• Security+ certification and DoD 8140.03 alignment knowledge.
• Ability to develop and maintain RMF artifacts and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as ISSM and ensure RMF compliance for DoD enclaves.
• Administer, track, and update ATO packages and related artifacts.
• Prepare SSPs, SARs, and POA&Ms for security posture evaluations.
• Maintain eMASS artifacts, schedules, and compliance records.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and security governance activities.
