Job summary

PeopleTec, Inc. is seeking an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to lead cybersecurity for DoD information systems across Colorado Springs, CO and Los Angeles, CA. The ISSM will guide RMF activities, authorize systems, and coordinate with ISSOs, ISSEs, and program leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience including RMF, DoD information systems, and program support.
• DoD 8140 certification suitable for cybersecurity management responsibilities.
• Advanced knowledge of RMF and NIST 800-53 controls; experience with authorization packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity and RMF activities for DoD information systems and programs.
• Provide technical leadership to ISSOs, ISSEs, and other staff.
• Oversee RMF packages, vulnerability management, and continuous monitoring.
