Job summary

Darktrace is hiring a Technical Success Manager in Seattle to blend technical depth with customer advocacy and commercial awareness. You will partner with security, IT, and other stakeholders to embed the Darktrace platform into daily operations, reducing risk and driving measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, and Services to provide a clear technical view of customer health, adoption, risks, and renewal readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical guidance for customers and internal teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams and understand their priorities.
• Create practical success plans to drive platform adoption and measurable value.
• Identify high-value use cases integrating the platform into daily security ops.
• Monitor usage, engagement, and health indicators to spot adoption gaps and renewal risks.
• Guide customers from deployment to active use, accelerating Time-to-Value.
• Lead mitigation planning for blockers, integration challenges, and operational gaps.
• Provide technical health insights for renewal readiness, QBRs, and growth discussions.
• Surface opportunities for expansion in collaboration with Account Executive.
