• Understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infra.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical guidance for customers and internal teams.
• Experience engaging security engineers, SOC analysts, admins, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams.
• Create practical success plans to adopt the platform and realise value.
• Identify high-value use cases for everyday security operations.
• Monitor product usage and health to spot adoption gaps early.
• Guide transitions from deployment to active use and accelerate Time-to-Value.
• Lead mitigation planning for blockers and risks.
• Provide renewal-ready health insights for QBRs and growth discussions.
• Surface opportunities for expansion with Account Executive.
• Champion the voice of technical users internally.
