Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Training Curriculum Development & Training Cadre Lead to support network operations management, cybersecurity training, and workforce readiness initiatives at DISA Headquarters, Fort Meade, MD. This role leads a cadre of professionals responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering training and exercises aligned with DISA mission requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance is required.
• Current DoD 8140 Cyber Workforce Developer and Manager Certification (Sec+) is required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8–12 years of relevant experience or Master’s with 6–10 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training, workforce development, or instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a cadre of training professionals delivering cybersecurity training, workforce readiness, curricula, and exercises.
• Manage team priorities, workload, performance, and deliverables to meet customer requirements with high quality.
• Coach employees through feedback, cross-training, professional development, and certification opportunities.
• Serve as the primary interface between the cadre, Leidos leadership, government stakeholders, SMEs, and operational organizations.
• Lead planning, execution, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity training and workforce readiness programs.
• Oversee curricula development, instructional materials, training schedules, certification tracking, and readiness metrics.
• Coordinate cadre support for cybersecurity exercises, including scenario development and after-action reviews.
• Analyze training impact and stakeholder feedback to identify gaps and improvements.
• Provide leadership with timely updates on performance, risks, and resource needs.
• Foster an accountable, collaborative culture focused on learning and excellence.
