Leidos is seeking a Training Curriculum Development & Training Cadre Lead to head a cadre of professionals delivering cybersecurity training, workforce readiness, and exercise support at DISA Headquarters, Fort Meade, MD. Qualifications

• Active Security Clearance required.
• Current DoD 8140 Cyber Workforce Developer/Manager certification (Sec+).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with corresponding years of experience as stated.
• Minimum 3 years in training, workforce development, or instructional design.
• Experience developing and delivering training materials and curricula.
• Experience coordinating training programs, schedules, and participant records.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a cadre of training professionals in cybersecurity training and readiness.
• Manage team priorities, workloads, performance, and deliverables to meet customer requirements.
• Coach employees through feedback, cross-training, and certification opportunities.
• Interface between training cadre, Leidos leadership, government stakeholders, SMEs, and operations.
• Lead planning and continuous improvement of cybersecurity training and workforce readiness programs.
• Oversee curricula development, instructional materials, training schedules, and readiness metrics.
• Coordinate training cadre support for cybersecurity exercises and scenarios.
• Analyze training effectiveness and stakeholder feedback to identify gaps and improvements.
• Provide leadership with updates on team performance, risks, and actions.
• Foster a collaborative, mission-focused culture with emphasis on engagement and learning.
