Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Juris Doctorate degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years handling litigated coverage and/or liability cases in Cyber & Technology, Privacy or Data Breaches.
• Experience with first- and third-party claims is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of first party and third party Cyber and Technology claims from inception to final disposition.
• Analyze coverage, liability and damages based on facts.
• Investigate cyber incidents, coordinate with customers, law firms and vendors to mitigate effects.
• Respond quickly to active cyber incidents and urgent customer needs.
• Communicate written positions on coverage and damages to insured and others.
• Manage reserves and present cases to management for authority.
• Develop resolution strategies through negotiations and manage litigation.
• Collaborate with business partners to address claim trends.
