Northrop Grumman Space Systems, Multi-Domain Operations, and Missile Defense Integration seek a Staff Cyber Systems Engineer - Level 5 to join an IRAD team. Located on-site in Boulder, CO, Colorado Springs, CO or Huntsville, AL, the role focuses on developing cyber products and secure environments in a collaborative setting.

You will lead cyber requirements decomposition, develop artifacts, and coordinate with discipline teams to ensure sound, secure system design.

Formación

• Bachelor in STEM with 12 years of related experience or Master STEM with 10 years, or PhD with 8 years
• Familiarity with implementing cybersecurity controls in software development
• Experience generating cybersecurity body of evidence and artifacts
• Experience with SP 800-218/190/53, ZTA, POA&M, SCTM; Agile and DevOps tool familiarity

Responsabilidades

• Lead author of Cyber Body of Evidence as a core customer deliverable
• Provide status updates and elevate blockers to leadership
• Translate mission needs into clear artifacts for engineering teams
• Collaborate with systems, software, and mission teams to align models with technical direction
• Communicate risks, assumptions, and recommendations clearly to teams and leadership
• Perform analyses across system integration, verification, validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness
