Northrop Grumman Space Systems seeks a Staff Cyber Systems Engineer – Level 5 to lead the development of cyber technical products within an IRAD environment. You will author the Cyber BOE, translate mission needs into actionable artifacts, and align cyber objectives with systems and software teams to ensure secure, verifiable solutions.

You will communicate risks and recommendations to leadership in a fast-paced setting, travel up to 10%, and require a Secret or higher clearance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 12+ years of related experience, or Master’s with 10 years, or PhD with 8 years.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity controls in software development.
• Experience generating cybersecurity body of evidence and artifacts.
• Familiar with SP 800-218, SP 800-190, SP 800-53, ZTA, POA&M, SCTM development.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.

• Lead development and execution of the program’s cyber technical products.
• Author Cyber Body of Evidence (BOE) for customer deliverables.
• Communicate findings and risks to engineering teams and leadership.
• Collaborate with systems, software, and mission teams to align models with technical direction.
