Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems seeks a Cyber Systems Engineer – Level 3 or 4 at its Aurora, Colorado facility. The role focuses on designing and assessing security controls aligned with NIST SP 800-53, CNSSI 1253, and DoD RMF guidelines, with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and Full Scope Polygraph required at start.

You will advance cyber security architectures, perform advanced analyses, and support requirements development, design reviews, and deployment planning in a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience for Level 3; 8+ years for Level 4.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph at time of application.
• Experience with requirements development, system integration, test, validation and verification.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, implement, and assess security controls and processes per NIST SP 800-53 and DoD RMF guidance.
• Assist with implementing security architectures for systems.
• Provide advanced technical analyses of cyber infrastructure challenges and develop solutions.
