Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Cyber Systems Engineer to support information systems and network design, operation, and security activities at Edwards AFB, CA. On-site, full-time role with TS/SCI clearances and potential SAP eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 5+ years of related professional/military Engineering experience (or Master's with 3+ years).
• Current in-scope U.S. Government Secret security clearance or in Continuous Evaluation Program; SAP clearance possible.
• Security certifications (or greater) and experience with Windows Server/Desktop, PowerShell, and VMware.
• Experience with access controls and monitoring tools (Splunk, Nessus, SolarWinds) to detect and respond to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Lab Infrastructure and virtualization environments.
• Lead desktop virtualization and host system administration.
• Execute Network & Security functions for multiple development environments across classifications.
• Develop software and automation tools for customer development teams and operations.
• Support HITL testing, avionics integration, and aircraft simulations.
