Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Cyber Strategy to work on complex engagements across industries, evaluating cybersecurity programs and aligning them with business objectives. You will develop practical strategies, governance models, and transformation roadmaps while collaborating with EY teams and clients.

You will lead assessments, facilitate workshops, and translate findings into actionable recommendations, preparing executive-level deliverables and contributing to practice growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience; or graduate degree with 2–4 years of experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk management, and policy development.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, PCI DSS.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity strategy engagements and transformation initiatives for clients.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Develop target operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
• Prepare client deliverables, executive presentations, and reports for diverse audiences.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development.
