Job summary

EY's Cyber Strategy practice is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead cybersecurity strategy and transformation engagements across multiple industries. You will evaluate cybersecurity programs, governance structures, policies, and risk management capabilities, and translate findings into practical, executive-ready recommendations for client leadership.

In this role you will develop target operating models and roadmaps, prepare client deliverables and executive presentations, mentor junior team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience; or graduate degree with 2–4 years of experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk management, and control development.
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity strategy and transformation engagements across industries.

• Develop actionable recommendations and executive-ready deliverables.
