Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Cyber Strategy to evaluate cybersecurity programs, identify risk governance improvements, and develop actionable strategies for clients. You’ll lead engagements, mentor colleagues, and contribute to practice growth while communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid model, support executive-level deliverables, and help shape risk management across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field with 3–5 years of experience, or a graduate degree with 2–4 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity assessments, governance and risk management concepts.
• Experience with security strategy, roadmaps, operating models, and controls.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; willing to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cybersecurity strategy and transformation engagements for clients.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and executive briefings.
• Evaluate programs against frameworks and translate findings into recommendations.
• Prepare client deliverables, presentations, and reports for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with EY teams, mentor junior staff, and support business development.
