Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Cyber Strategy to help clients strengthen cybersecurity governance and risk management. You will evaluate programs, develop practical strategies, and guide transformation across industries.

The role emphasizes stakeholder interviews, executive-level reporting, and collaboration with EY teams. You will contribute to maturity assessments, roadmaps, and operating models while working in a hybrid environment and traveling as needed to engage clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information systems, computer science, engineering, business, risk management, or related field with 3–5 years of experience.
Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk management, and policy development.
Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, PCI DSS.
Proven ability to translate findings into executive-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

Deliver cybersecurity strategy and transformation engagements for clients.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, analyze findings, and present actionable recommendations.
Evaluate programs, governance, risk management, and operating models against best practices.
Develop target operating models, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
