Capital One is seeking a Manager, Cyber Security - Information Security Office Consultant to partner with business and technology teams, guiding security governance and risk transformation across the Card line of business. The role emphasizes proactive consulting, threat intelligence, and secure design.

You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to shift security left in development and communicate risk with executive leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of cybersecurity or IT experience.
• At least 5 years of experience performing security risk assessments and architecture reviews.
• Experience with cloud security engineering.

Mansioni

• Act as an Information Security point of contact for a business function within the Card line of business.
• Coordinate and execute proactive Information Security consulting across Infrastructure Security, Resiliency, Data Security, Network Architecture and Design, and User Access Management.
• Review architecture and provide risk mitigation solutions while driving overall risk management.
• Partner with engineers and product managers to break down complexity and solve problems.
• Escalate and manage cyber security risk and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
