Job summary

The Logistics Company is seeking a Personal Computer Support Technician to operate on Seymour Johnson AFB. The role will involve configuring and maintaining computer systems, handling hardware/software issues, and providing desktop support within a DoD cyber security context.

Qualifications

• Must have Security Clearance and Security+ Certification.
• 2–3 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software.
• High School Diploma; 2-year degree preferred in IT.
• Familiar with USAF MIS; training or instruction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure new computers for initial operation; install hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware/software defects; maintain LAN equipment/server.
• Process trouble tickets and coordinate with relevant sections; maintain MPF/CPF SharePoint page.
