Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Cyber Resiliency professional to lead and execute programs across digital enterprise. You will partner with IT, Legal, and Audit to strengthen controls, coordinate testing, and report on risk metrics within the GRC framework.

The role emphasizes collaboration, regulatory awareness, and scalable cyber resilience solutions, including incident response and disaster recovery, in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cyber resiliency related activities, audits, risk management and compliance.
• 3+ years understanding cyber security frameworks and regulatory implications for reporting.
• 3+ years of audit methodologies, controls testing and project management.
• 1+ years of cloud technologies experience.
• 1+ years of program management including strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute procedures for cyber resiliency activities with schedules.
• Develop processes for regulatory, internal audits and industry assessments.
• Coach stakeholders on resiliency requirements and best practices.
• Define risk management policies supporting enterprise resiliency controls.
• Oversee metrics and reports to management, auditors, and regulators.
• Assess effectiveness of resiliency controls and report results to owners.
• Educate stakeholders on risk frameworks and top cyber risks.
