Job summary

Serco is seeking a Cyber Ranges Support professional at the Pentagon to embed with AF/A35E and help shape policy and technical directions for OTTI and cyber range integration. The role emphasizes collaboration across Air Force and Five Eyes partners to advance mission readiness.

The ideal candidate has a DoD TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and at least 10 years of relevant experience with cyber range elements.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Cyber Range elements and policy development.
• Familiarity with JCIDS/Acquisition/PPBE and RMF compliance.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Embed with AF/A35E and serve as a conduit with Air Force Interoperability Council.
• Provide Cyber Range expertise and strategic policy input for OTTI integration.
• Offer subject matter expertise on Cyber Range topics to AF/A35E activities.
• Support Air Force Cyber Range policy development and related initiatives.
• Collaborate across boundaries with cross-functional stakeholders.
