Job summary

Optiv is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee complex information security engagements from inception through renewal. You will coordinate multi-capability teams, manage schedules and budgets, and communicate with executive stakeholders to deliver secure business outcomes.

This remote role supports multiple client programs with national scope. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in client-facing PMO roles, strong security domain knowledge, and a proven track record of delivering complex

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 4+ years in a client-facing Program/PMO role focusing on information security projects.
• Demonstrated program management across multiple clients.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong influential and leadership capabilities.
• Experience managing information security engagements or operations.
• Expert level in PM methodologies, best practices, and tools.
• Experience interfacing with clients and internal partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Significant consultancy experience in security.
• Knowledge of security threats, solutions, tools, and networks.

Responsibilities

• Drive program and engagement progress across client engagements with various capabilities and stakeholders.
• Develop strategic program management delivery plans, schedules, risk and issue planning, and reporting.
• Partner with Operations to communicate service delivery strategies across practices.
• Lead overall engagement progress and related projects, including milestones and dependencies.
• Create and maintain schedules, manage risks, and drive timely resolution of issues.
• Provide expert program management knowledge to deliver client outcomes.
